Clearfolio by Stylus Capital

A second look at your
investment reasoning.

Your AI can help you research an investment idea. Clearfolio helps you examine the reasoning, the assumptions and the questions that still need an answer.

01 / Automated review

Start with the reasoning.

The private beta is being prepared for investment questions and draft explanations, including work prepared with an AI agent. Automated reviews are not enabled today: the conversational review service still needs provider configuration and verification. Its intended output is a critique, selected source notes and uncertainties to investigate.

It uses a limited set of interpretations from Robert Carver’s Smart Portfolios. It does not search the complete book, use live market data or establish that a proposal fits your personal circumstances. No author or publisher endorsement is implied.

A human does not review the automated result. It does not authorize a trade or create an advisory engagement.

The beta is by invitation. Public access and professional review bookings are not open.

02 / Professional review

Bring the idea.
Keep the person at the center.

We are developing a separate adviser review for people who want professional feedback on an investment proposal, including proposals researched with AI. The person would be the client; their agent could help prepare the material.

The planned review would examine:

Portfolio fit
How the proposal relates to objectives, existing holdings and constraints.
Concentration
Overlapping exposures and dependence on a small number of outcomes.
Liquidity
Access to funds, investment horizon and potential exit restrictions.
Costs and risks
Fees, trading costs, assumptions and possible adverse outcomes.

The intended output is a written assessment: missing information, concerns, questions to resolve and alternatives to discuss. A proposal review would be a separate engagement from ongoing portfolio management. It would not mean automatic approval or execution.

This service is in development. Eligible clients, jurisdictions, supported investments, fees and timing must be established before requests can be accepted.

03 / Preparing a proposal

Make the reasoning easy to examine.

A useful proposal explains both the idea and the circumstances in which it would be used. For a future professional review, prepare:

  1. The proposal and rationale. What you are considering and why.
  2. Holdings and context. How the idea relates to the rest of the portfolio.
  3. Objectives and constraints. Time horizon, liquidity needs and relevant limits.
  4. Sources and assumptions. Links, calculations and the AI-generated explanation, if used.

This page does not collect proposals. Keep account statements, identifiers and sensitive financial details out of public forms and ordinary email. A dedicated secure submission process is required before professional review opens. Use only hypothetical or anonymized information in the automated beta.

Questions

Before you begin.

Can my AI agent use Clearfolio?

The project includes HTTP and MCP interfaces and a legacy rules-based checker. The conversational review service is not enabled today. The agent helps prepare or examine a proposal; it cannot engage an adviser or authorize transactions on your behalf through Clearfolio. Public ChatGPT and Muse listings are not available.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

The planned automated beta is intended to be free for invited testers. Professional review pricing and turnaround have not been established. No response-time commitment is offered.

Does an automated review replace an adviser?

No. It can miss relevant facts and produce incorrect conclusions. Personal advice requires an agreed professional engagement and sufficient information about the client.
